General Info

Hello, my name is Jessica Plante and I graduated from Massage school in December of 2021. Since then, I have been striving to improve my skills and expand my knowledge. I hold a massage license in the state of Tennessee as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from ETSU in Johnson City, TN. I am also as a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). 

Even though it has only been a few years, each year has been packed with clients from locals to people traveling through from surrounding states or overseas. I have learned that no two clients are the same. Everyone comes to me presenting their own experiences unique to their lifestyle.  

I am experienced in: autoimmune diseases, repetitive stress injuries, chronic pain, headaches, anxiety, depression, sciatic pain, TMJ and the list just keeps growing as my client base does. 

I am skilled in deep tissue, Swedish, therapeutic, and hot stones. In most of my sessions I use a combination of techniques to cater to my client's needs. Many of my clients describe my style as a perfect blend of Swedish and therapeutic.
